About the workshop
A small, one-person workshop building pieces that are meant to be used — not kept in a display cabinet.

How it started
It began with a broken chair and a stubborn refusal to throw it away. One repair led to another, and somewhere between the sawdust and the satisfied feeling of something working again, the hobby became a vocation.
The workshop is small — a single bench, a lathe, a set of hand tools, and enough power tools to do the work without doing the thinking. Most pieces take longer than they would if I worked faster, and that's intentional.
The goal is always durability first, beauty second — though the two tend to arrive together when you pay proper attention to the material.
How I work
Honest materials
Solid wood, not veneer or engineered sheet goods. What you see is what the piece is made of. Wood species are chosen for the job, not just the look.
Finishing by hand
I use oil and wax finishes that can be renewed at home with simple materials. No film finishes that crack and peel. The wood should age, not degrade.
Small batches
Most pieces are one-offs or very small runs. I don't produce multiples by machine — each piece is shaped and finished by hand.
Custom work welcome
If you have a size, species, or use-case in mind, I'm happy to discuss it. Most custom pieces start with a conversation about what you actually need.
Service area
The workshop is based in Bulgaria. I ship smaller items (cutting boards, bowls, small decor) throughout Europe. Larger furniture is available for local collection or delivery within reasonable distance. Get in touch with your location and I'll let you know what's possible.
