What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the following information you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you choose to provide it)
• Your inquiry type
• Your message

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (which cannot be reversed to your original address) and your browser's user agent string for spam and abuse detection purposes.

How we use it

The sole purpose of collecting this information is to respond to your inquiry. Your details are not used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone other than the site owner.

A scheduled process sends the content of your submission to the site owner's email address. This delivery attempt and its outcome are logged for debugging purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission. Email delivery logs are kept for up to 3 months. After these periods, records are deleted or anonymised.

The site owner may manually delete a submission at any time, for example at your request.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP addresses, request paths) for infrastructure and security purposes according to their own privacy policy.

Outbound emails are sent via a transactional email provider. The content of your submission is transmitted to that provider solely for delivery.

Your rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly at svetoslav.business@gmail.com . We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts are loaded.
